Millo22
Privacy Policy
Your contacts are yours. This policy explains what Millo22 handles, where your information is stored, and the choices you have.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Information we collect
Millo22 is designed to help you digitize and organize business cards. When you use the app, you may provide images of business cards and the contact details contained in them, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, and notes. The app may also use your camera or photo library when you grant the relevant device permission.
The Millo22 website does not require an account or ask you to submit personal information. Your device or browser may still share limited technical information with its operating system, network, or hosting provider when loading a website, according to those providers' own policies.
2. How we use information
We use information handled by the app to:
- scan and convert business cards into searchable contact records;
- save, organize, and display the contacts you choose to keep;
- share a contact only when you choose to use a sharing feature; and
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve Millo22.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your contact records for advertising.
3. Storage and retention
Contact records and scanned card images are stored on your device by default so you can use Millo22 without creating an account. We do not upload this information to our servers unless a feature clearly asks you to send it, such as a sharing or support action that you initiate.
You control how long your records remain in the app. You can delete individual records from Millo22 or remove the app from your device. Device backups, messaging services, email providers, and other services you choose to use for sharing may retain copies under their own privacy policies.
4. When information is shared
Millo22 does not share your contact records with third parties for their own marketing. Information may leave your device when you explicitly use a sharing feature, and it may be processed by the service you select. We may also disclose limited information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Your choices and rights
You can control camera and photo library access through your device settings, review or correct contacts in the app, and delete records whenever you choose. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact us through milo-22.com.
6. Children's privacy
Millo22 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Millo22 changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Millo22 after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
